Unfortunately, we do not offer returns/refunds on any of our products.

Once a package is deemed delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we will need some info to help evaluate the case.  Damages such as cracks or malfunctions with the lid or jar will need further evaluations. Please reach out with more info.

Info needed:

Clear Photograph of damage.

Order number.

Details describing the damage.

Once we receive more info we will decide on how to make it right.

Note: Our products are butter & oil based and will melt given warm/hot temperature/weather. We will try our best to make sure it arrives not melted. However, we do not have control over the weather & how long our product/products sit in warm temperatures.
